Performance Management in the AFI Program
Focus:
This call introduced fundamental performance management concepts and how they have been incorporated into a framework for AFI Projects. Call participants reviewed key AFI Project indicators developed over the past year with the grantee advisory group. A member of this group, Martha Wunderli, Utah IDA Coordinator, illustrated how collecting data related to specific benchmarks has allowed her to manage her two AFI Projects more efficiently and has supported success in generating nonfederal funds.
