Meeting the Challenge of Recruiting to AFI Projects Conference Calls

Focus:

The call outlined key issues to consider in developing a recruitment plan for AFI Projects and stressed the importance of setting and monitoring intermediary recruitment targets to insure successful participant enrollment and completion with available resources and time frames.

  • AFI Projects must follow AFI guidelines for eligibility but may have additional requirements tailored to their target populations and project operations.
  • The more you know about your targeted households, their circumstances and priorities, the more efficient your recruiting plan can be.
