Tips for Writing a Winning AFI Application and Designing a Strong IDA Program

Focus:
The first presentation in our series of webinars/conference calls will take place on Wednesday, May 21th, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern, and again on Tuesday June 3rd, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
Participants will learn about the Assets for Independence Demonstration, the Federal grant program for Individual Development Account projects. This special presentation gives background information, an overview of grant application procedures and requirements, and hints and tips for developing strong applications.
For additional resources on designing an AFI project, please visit the AFI Project Builder. The Project Builder is a step-by-step guidebook that discusses important topics to consider when planning an AFI project. The Project Builder is an ideal tool for examining strategies on partnership development, financial literacy, and outreach to potential clients.
