NOTE: ACF is seeking 60 days of public comment by March 27, 2014, on clearance of the LIHEAP Model Plan which is a required data submission for all LIHEAP grantees each year.  The proposed Plan has been revised to incorporate the LIHEAP Program Integrity Assessment.  It is also proposed that the proposed Plan will be available for electronic submission by grantees using the Online Data Collection (OLDC) system.  To view a draft of the revised content of the plan, please see: LIHEAP Revised Model Plan
