List of CSBG Information Memoranda (IMs) - The Office of Community Services, Division of State Assistance, publishes Information Memoranda (IM) for distribution to CSBG program administrators. An Information Memoranda (IM) provides guidance to assist in implementing the CSBG legislation, program instruction and policy clarification, in addition to disseminating information and program practices to stakeholders.

All Federal agencies, including HHS are required to use the principles and guidelines established by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in order to ensure that the costs of work under grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts are allowable, allocable, reasonable and necessary. The OMB cost principles were established in the form of "circulars" which are published in the Code of Federal Regulations, 2 CFR.

This resource serves as way to report the status of any real property. This form would be particicularily useful to Community Economic Development (CED) grantees who may have acquired real property through a CED grant.

The purpose of this memorandum is to remind grantees of the application requirements for the funding period beginning October 1, 2011 for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 LIHEAP program and to remind all grantees that their LIHEAP applications for the FY 2012 funding period are due September 1, 2011.
 

To collect from LIHEAP State grantees estimates of their quarterly obligations under the FY 2012 LIHEAP Program.
