CSBG Model Plan

Grantees must submit an application for CSBG funds. The application requires an annual or biannual plan for the expenditure of these funds. The following assurances must be adhered to in the formulation of the CSBG Plan. All Applications are reviewed against these assurances. Failure to provide an assurance can delay or even deny funding. These assurances are embodied in the CSBG legislation and are therefore mandated by the Congress.
