Subject: Federal Register Notice announcing approximately $3.1 million of reallotted funds

Dear Colleague: 

A Federal Register (FR) Notice was published today to announce that approximately $3.1 million will be reallotted to all grantees. This represents grantee funds in excess of the 10 percent carryover amount required under the LIHEAP block grant. Attached is the FR Notice that provides more details. The funds will be awarded in mid-September, or 30 days following the publication date of the FR Notice.
