The Office of Community Services’ customer service feedback effort is in full force!
As I mentioned in my previous email, OCS is working with Customer Feedback Insights (CFI) Group to administer a survey to the Community Services Block Grant and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program grantees – our customers – to learn about what we are doing well and in what areas we need to do better.
As of this week, about 100 responses have been received, but we hope to double that number in the week to come. CFI sent a reminder email a couple of days ago. (You might want to check your spam files in case the survey didn't get delivered to your Inbox). I urge you to take a few minutes to complete this survey and help OCS serve you better.
