Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP)
2. Description of the Major Program Benefits, Services, and Activities:
K-TAP is the TANF cash assistance program in Kentucky. Kentucky Works is the name of the work activities program for the K-TAP program. A description of the major program benefits, services and activities are included in the FY 2003-2004 TANF State Plan, the "Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP) Cash Assistance" section, pages 3-10; and "Kentucky Works Program" section, pages 10-22. MOE is only used for benefits and activities previously authorized under former Titles IV-A and IV-F.

Cash assistance, work activities program, and supportive services.
