To that end, the departments have prepared a joint “Dear Colleague” letter.  The letter encourages partnerships between American Job Centers, high schools, human service agencies, and the private sector to help transition students from high school graduation to postsecondary education and the workforce.  Examples of how those partnerships can be structured are provided.  Links to additional resources are also given.
