Congressional Testimonies

The Division of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs coordinates the development of agency legislative proposals, including reauthorization of program funding authorities. We assist in preparing agency witnesses for Congressional hearings including coordination of briefing materials and clearance of testimony. With respect to reports and regulations, the Division assists in the preparation and clearance of these documents and monitors fulfillment of the agency’s regulatory and congressional reporting commitments.
