 The Office of Regional Operations (ORO) advises the Assistant
Secretary on all strategic and operational activities related
to implementation of the agency's programs at the regional level.
ORO consists of a headquarters office and ten regional offices
that serve states, territories, tribes, and other grantees in
their geographical areas.
