SUBJECT: Renewal of ORR-3 (Refugee and Entrant Unaccompanied Minor Placement Report) and ORR-4 (Refugee and Entrant Unaccompanied Minor Report)
The authority for the ORR-3 and ORR-4, approved under OMB No. 0970-0034, will expire November 30, 2002.
The Office of Management and Budget requires a consultation with the appropriate entities prior to renewal of this information collection requirement. Please confer informally with the appropriate State agency representatives regarding the two forms and instructions and forward any comments no later than November 15, 2002.
