SUBJECT: Notice of Availability of FY 2003 Discretionary Grant Funds to States for Service Programs for Cuban-Haitian Refugees and Entrants
Attached please find a copy of the Notice of Availability of FY 2003 Discretionary funds to State Refuge Agencies for the Cuban-Haitian Refugees and Entrants Program. Since state refugee agencies are the only eligible applicants, this announcement is being mailed to those agencies and published on the ORR website at http://www.acf.dhhs.gov/programs/orr/. It will not be published in the Federal Register.
The application deadline is April 7, 2003. Accordingly, all applications must be delivered or postmarked on or before that date in order to be considered eligible.
