SUBJECT: Notice of Availability of FY2003 Service Grants to States for the Targeted Assistance Discretionary Grant Program
Attached please find a copy of the Notice of Availability of FY2003 Discretionary funds to State Refugee Agencies for the Targeted Assistance (TAG) Discretionary Grant Program. Since State refugee agencies are the only eligible applicants, this announcement is being mailed to those agencies and published on the ORR website at http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/orr. It will not be published in the Federal Register.
The application deadline is June 25, 2003. Accordingly, all applications must be delivered or postmarked on or before that date in order to be considered eligible.
