Attached please find a copy of the Notice of Availability of FY2003 discretionary funds to be awarded to public and private non-profit agencies, including faith-based and community organizations and public agencies, for the ORR Technical Assistance to Refugee Programs and Services for Asylees.

This announcement has been published in the Federal Register at http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara and is posted on the ORR web site at: http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/orr.

The application deadline is September 8, 2003. Accordingly, all applications must be delivered on or before that date in order to be considered eligible.
