Attached please find the Notice of Availability of FY 2004 Discretionary Funds for services to older refugees. Since state refugee agencies and Wilson Fish Projects are the only eligible applicants, this announcement is being mailed to these agencies and published on the ORR website at http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/orr. It will not be published in the Federal Register.
The application deadline is May 10, 2004.
