Attached please find a copy of the FY 2004 Voluntary Agency Matching Grant program announcement. Since Voluntary Agencies are the only eligible applicants, this announcement is being mailed to those agencies and published on the ORR website at http://www.acf.dhhs.gov/programs/orr/. It will not be published in the Federal Register.
The application deadline is April 29, 2004. Accordingly, all applications must be delivered or postmarked on or before that date in order to be considered eligible.
