SUBJECT: Renewal of ORR-3 (Refugee Unaccompanied Minor Placement Report) and ORR-4 (Refugee and Entrant Unaccompanied Minor Progress Report)
The authority for the ORR-3 and ORR-4, approved under OMB No. 0970-0309, will expire July 31, 2006.
The Office of Management and Budget requires a consultation with the appropriate entities prior to renewal of this information collection requirement. Please confer informally with the appropriate State agency representatives regarding the two forms and instructions and forward any comments no later than June 30, 2006.
