Attached please find the Notice of Availability of FY 2009 Discretionary Grant Funds to State Refugee Agencies for the Cuban-Haitian Refugees and Entrants Program. Since state refugee agencies and Wilson Fish Projects are the only eligible applicants, this announcement is being e- mailed to those agencies and published on the ORR website at http://www.acf.hhs.gov/grants/open/HHS-2009-ACF-ORR-RQ-0063.html. It will not be published in the Federal Register.
The application deadline is July 13, 2009
