Attached please find a copy of the Notice of Availability of FY2003 discretionary funds to be awarded to public or private non-profit agencies, including faith-based and community-based organizations and public agencies, for the Refugee Family Enrichment Program. This announcement has been published in the Federal Register and on the ORR web site,
The application deadline is July 10, 2003. Accordingly, all applications must be delivered or postmarked on or before that date in order to be considered eligible.
