Attached please find a copy of the Notice of Availability of FY 2005 Social Services Discretionary Funds for Projects to Establish Individual Development Account (IDA) Programs for Refugees. 
The Notice was published in the Federal Register on June 6, 2005.  The closing date for applications is July 21, 2005. See attachment.

Please note that a Notice of Correction to this Announcement was published in the Federal Register on June 16, 2005.  This Notice is also attached.
