  1. WF projects include funding from 2 sources: TAMS -WF/CMA covers the following costs: Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA), Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA in 5 States) and program administration which includes the overall management and coordination of the State Refugee Program and RCA Case Management. Formula Social Services covers employment services, ESL and other social services listed under 45 CFR 400.154 and 400.155 of the ORR regulations. Allocations are based on the methodology outlined in the Final Refugee Social Services Notice.
     
  2. In Vermont, cash assistance and case management is administered by the Volag while employment and other social services is administered by the State.
     
  3. WF agency includes the State Refugee Coordinator position
     
  4. WF rates are in accordance with 45 CFR 400.60 of the ORR regulations. Maximum ORR rate is 335 per single and $450 per couple. Some States have elected to front load the payment but not exceed the maximum allowed for the 8 month time eligibility period as stipulated under 400.60
