Memorandum of Agreements

This page provides actual Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) to be used for the PARIS projects and Model (M) Agreements.

The MOAs are separated into the following three sections:

Fed Match

Appendix 1 - Agreement Among State Public Assistance Agencies(SPAAs), the Department of Defense, and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) for participation in the federal match

Appendix 1E - Twelve (12) month extension to the agreement among State Public Assistance Agencies(SPAAs), the Department of Defense, and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) for participation in the federal match
