PARIS Transmittal 2012-5: Veterans Match Model Agreement

The Model Agreement between the Department of Veterans Affairs; Administration for Children and Families and individual State Public Assistance Agencies has been approved.  State Public Assistance Agencies may extend for another 18 months, until October 14, 2013 their participation in the PARIS Veterans/SPAA computer match which was approved by the Veterans Affairs Data Integrity Board on January 19, 2012 by returning a signed copy of the Model Agreement document.  To make the signing process as expeditious as possible, we are asking each State to have an authorized representative sign this document and then send back an electronic copy to Tom Miller. 

State Public Assistance Agencies are required to submit the new signed form in order to participate in the PARIS Veterans/SPAA computer matches.  The new form template is attached to this transmittal and can also be downloaded from the PARIS website at www.acf.hhs.gov/paris
