The Computer Matching Agreement Extension between the Department of Defense, Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and individual State Public Assistance Agencies has been approved.  State Public Assistance Agencies may extend for another 12 months, until August 14, 2013 their participation in the PARIS Federal/SPAA computer match by returning a signed copy of the Model Agreement Renewal document (Appendix 1M).  To make the signing process as expeditious as possible, we are asking each State to have an authorized representative sign this document and then send back an electronic copy to Tom Miller.

State Public Assistance Agencies are required to submit the new signed form in order to participate in the PARIS Federal/SPAA computer matches.  State Public Assistance Agencies with current PARIS Federal/SPAA computer match agreements on file with ACF may participate in the August 10, 2012 match.  This Model Agreement Renewal becomes effective for participation in the November 9, 2012 match.  The new form template is attached to this transmittal and can also be downloaded from the PARIS website at www.acf.hhs.gov/paris

State Public Assistance Agencies that wish to participate in the PARIS Veterans/SPAA computer match should refer to PARIS Transmittal 2012-5.
