PARIS Transmittal 2013-8: Federal File Match Model Agreement

The Computer Matching Agreement between the Department of Defense, Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and individual State Public Assistance Agencies has been approved.  State Public Assistance Agencies may extend for another 18 months, until February 28, 2015 their participation in the PARIS Federal/SPAA computer match by returning a signed copy of the Model Agreement document.  To make the signing process as expeditious as possible, we are asking each State to have an authorized representative sign this document and then send back an electronic copy to Tom Miller.

State Public Assistance Agencies are required to submit the new signed form in order to participate in the PARIS Federal/SPAA computer matches.  State Public Assistance Agencies with current PARIS Federal/SPAA computer match agreements on file with ACF may participate in the August 9, 2013 match.  This new Model Agreement becomes effective for participation in the November 8, 2013 match.  The new form template is attached to this transmittal Appendix 1M and can also be downloaded from the PARIS website at
