The Affordable Care Act (ACA) and ACF
The Importance of Health Care Reform
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) leads dozens of key human services programs that serve many of our nation’s families. Through its many human service programs, ACF reaches millions who will be eligible for new or reduced-cost health insurance that could help improve health care and human services access for vulnerable children, families and communities.
The ACA will take effect a little differently from state to state. But no matter where you live, you'll be able to use the Marketplace to apply for coverage, compare your options, and enroll.
