Performance Measurement for Impact:
Where: Teach For America, 370 James Street, Suite 403, New Haven CT, 06513
Join Phyllis Rozansky, Results Based Accountability (RBA) specialist and peers across the state for this full day session that will leave you better able to capture and share the difference you are making for the people you serve.
The session will dive into the ways financial capability and asset building services can measure their efforts and outcomes, and use that data to drive better performance. The day is designed for programs that want to quantify the impact of their services and improve program performance.
As a Senior Consultant with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Phyllis Rozansky designs and conducts sessions and capacity building resources to apply RBA with staff, grantees and partners. With the Center for Community and Economic Opportunity she provides consultation on performance metrics on family economic success and wealth building.
Presented by the CT Asset Building Collaborative, with sponsorship from the New Haven Asset Building Collaborative. This session is free and open to staff that provide services to improve the financial stability of vulnerable individuals and families.
