Head Start Training and Technical AssistanceProgram OverviewThe Training and Technical Assistance Network builds Grantee capacity by providing comprehensive, individualized technical support to Head Start Grantees. We do this by: Working in partnership with ACF and Grantees to serve Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Alaska Native programs; Assisting Grantees to comply with laws, regulations and standards; Participating as a joint problem solver, observer and strategist; Enhancing collaborative partnerships with local, state and Federal entities; Supporting Grantees with Head Start priorities, initiatives and special projects; Gathering and disseminating current and relevant research. End of Month Enrollment (EOM) Reporting SystemBeginning Fall 2006, the Office of Head Start will collect end of month enrollment data from all grantees on a "real-time" basis during the enrollment year.
