The National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care (NRCHSCC) of DHHS Maternal and Child Health
Bureau supports a comprehensive, current, on-line listing of the licensing and regulatory requirements for
child care in the 50 States and the District of Columbia. In lieu of requiring a State Lead Agency to provide
information that is already publicly available, ACF accepts this compilation as accurately reflecting the States'
licensing requirements. The listing is maintained by the University Of Colorado Health Sciences Center School
Of Nursing.
