NIMH (National Institute for Mental Health) recently conducted a study on behavioral interventions
effective for preschoolers with ADHD. Interventions included parent education classes that focused
on parenting skills, understanding the child's behavior and development, and ensuring child safety.
They also received individualized interventions in the home and at preschool or day care.
