Region III is collaborating with Regions I, II and IV in the planning of an East Coast Child Care Development Fund Meeting: "Foundational Supports for Program Improvements - Innovations in Licensing, Professional Development and Quality Improvement Systems.
The meeting will be held on May 1-3, 2013, in Boston, MA at the O’Neil Federal Building,
