Philadelphia Federal Interagency Council Led By ACF Associate Regional Administrator

Associate Regional Administrator, Carl Montoya, serves as the Council Chair for the Philadelphia Federal Interagency Council, which comprises more than 45 federal agencies and offices serving the Region III states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.  The Council membership is approximately 150 members.  The Council provides a forum for federal collaboration and partnership opportunities, and  as a clearinghouse for identifying and leveraging federal resources and funding opportunities.
