What's in Your Piggy Bank? Motivating Young First-Time Workers to Save
The U.S. Department of Labor is pleased to announce the "What's in Your Piggy Bank? Motivating Young First-Time Workers to Save" Webinar scheduled for Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. CDT. This webinar will highlight Young America Saves' First-Time Workers Pilot Project which promotes saving at work for young adults, ages 16 to 24, as one effort to increase overall workplace saving. Webinar participants will learn how the summer job orientation process can be an ideal opportunity to motivate newly-hired workers to make a savings commitment, sign up for direct deposit, and open a new or use an existing bank account to save automatically, with very positive benefits.
Registration for this webinar is limited and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may register here.
