The ACF Region VI Staff Wellness Committee and Federal Occupational Health Service hosted a presentation for our employees on Healthy Eating, on September 18, 2013. Nurse Lane St Clair, Federal Occupational Health Service, shared information about how to we can incorporate healthy eating into your daily lives. She covered a number of concepts illustrating how daily decisions about food can impact health, functioning, and well being, including:

- Keeping outdoor cooking safe
- Food preparation
- Temperature control
- Benefits of a high fiber diet
