Region VIII Head Start Association Conference: “Together Creating a Community of Learners”
Get ready for the annual Region VIII Head Start Association conference, “Together Creating a Community of Learners,” hosted by the Montana Head Start Association in Billings, MT.
This 3-day conference with an emphasis on parent engagement that will include sessions presented by the six Head Start National Centers (Quality Teaching and Learning, Cultural and Linguistic Responsiveness, Early Head Start, Program Management and Fiscal Operations, Health and Parent, Family and Community Engagement) in collaboration with the Region VIII Training and Technical Assistance Network.
These unique opportunities will include programming geared towards helping you and your Head Start program take it to the next level. Recommended participants include: Head Start Staff, management, child care providers, public/private pre-K teachers and Kindergarten teachers, Family Support specialist staff, special education teachers part B/C in preschool and Kindergarten, and home visitors.
