Kristi Synold
Impact Evaluator, Division of Program Evaluation and Planning
Kristi Synold is an Impact Evaluator in the Division of Program Evaluation and Planning. In this position, she conducts impact visits, completes data analysis, and assists with the Congressional Report.
Previously, Kristi’s professional experience focused upon employment and training in Native communities including several years as a Project Coordinator with the California Indian Manpower Consortium, Inc. She administered grants on digital literacy, soft skills, youth development, and other workforce arenas. She served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA for two years including the Intergenerational Culture Preservation project on the Lone Pine Paiute-Shoshone Reservation.
While studying and completing her B.A. in Art History and Mass Communications at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Kristi had the opportunity to study Aboriginal art in Sydney, Australia and Swahili media in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
While born and raised in Southern California, she currently lives in vibrant Washington, D.C.
