Both the Manual and the Toolkit will help align your application with the NOFO Project Narrative and Merit Review Criteria. You will also find helpful exercises and example templates to aid in the writing process.  

This page provides an overview of the organizations ANA is currently funding.

ANA project funding is available in short-term development terms of 12, 24, and 36 months. All ANA community projects must be completed by the end of the project period or supported by alternative funds. Training and technical assistance is available to applicants for project and proposal development and to recipients for project implementation and reporting.

Carryover Budget

May 1, 2013

ANA understands that recipients may need utilize unspent funds from a previous budget period in order to accomplish the incomplete activities listed in their Objective Work Plan (OWP). In order to do this, recipients will need written approval from ACF/ANA by submitting a carry-over budget amendment.
