The Native American Programs Act (NAPA), which launched the Administration for Native Americans, mandates ANA to assess the impact and the effectiveness of our projects. The first full-scale exploration of ANA’s portfolio occurred in 2006; since then, we have visited more than 540 projects.
ANA understands that recipients may need utilize unspent funds from a previous budget period in order to accomplish the incomplete activities listed in their Objective Work Plan (OWP). In order to do this, recipients will need written approval from ACF/ANA by submitting a carry-over budget amendment.
