RE: Self-Assessment Reporting

Dear Colleague:

This is a reminder that State Self-Assessment Reports must be submitted to the appropriate Regional Office, with a copy to the Office of Child Support Enforcement Central Office, no later than six months after the end of the Self-Assessment review period. An electronic version of the report in Microsoft Word format is preferred. However, if an electronic submission is not possible, please send a hard copy to the following address:

HHS, ACF, OCSE
Division of Planning, Research, and Evaluation
[old address removed]

The recommended format and instructions for completing the report can be found in AT-07-04. While States are not required to use the recommended format, they are strongly encouraged to do so. The recommended format offers a standardized approach for States to present substantive information with an appropriate level of effort. If you have questions about your State's report, please contact Delores M. Johnson [contact information removed].

Sincerely,

Margot Bean
Commissioner
Office of Child Support Enforcement
