TO: Tribal IV-D Directors

SUBJECT: Submittal of the OCSE-75 for FY 2017

Dear Colleague:

This letter is a reminder to tribal agencies administering child support enforcement programs under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act that you are required to submit the Tribal Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report (OCSE-75) and Tribal Narrative Report to OCSE 90 days after the end of the federal fiscal year, or by December 29, 2017.

Tribal officials should review reports for accuracy and make sure all fields are completed. Remember to place the tribal name in the appropriate field and mark the report as new or revised.

You are required to submit your reports electronically by using the Online Data Collection System (OLDC). The web address for accessing the online system is: https://home.grantsolutions.gov/home/ .

To request access to OLDC for the OCSE-75 report or for help using OLDC, contact the OCSE Division of Performance and Statistical Analysis at DPSAsupport@acf.hhs.gov.
