TRIBAL DEAR COLLEAGUE LETTER

TDCL-12-03

DATE: October 25, 2012

TO: ALL TRIBAL IV-D DIRECTORS

RE: Submittal of the OCSE-75 - Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report for FFY 2012

Dear Colleague:

This letter is being issued as a reminder to tribal agencies administering Child Support Enforcement Programs under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act of the importance of the timely submission of the Tribal Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report (OCSE-75) and Tribal Narrative Report to the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE).  Reports for the federal fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, are due by December 29, 2012.

The current form and instructions were issued with Action Transmittal AT-10-07, dated August 12, 2010.

Tribal officials should review reports for accuracy and make sure all fields are completed.  Remember to place the tribal name in the appropriate field and mark the report new or revised.

Please be sure to submit an original OCSE-75 report to OCSE in Washington, DC, by mail or the Online Data Collection (OLDC).  The OLDC system is the most convenient and efficient way to submit the report, so we encourage tribes to use this electronic system. To request access to the OLDC system for the OCSE-75 report, contact OCSE at (202) 401-5101.

If you are mailing your report, please send it to Dennis Putze at:

Department of Health and Human Services
Administration for Children and Families
Office of Child Support Enforcement
DPRE, 4th Floor West
370 L'Enfant Promenade, SW
Washington, DC 20447

Again, all final and revised reports must be in OCSE or postmarked no later than December 29, 2012.  If you have questions regarding this notice, please contact Dennis Putze (retired) or DPSAsupport@acf.hhs.gov.

Sincerely,

Vicki Turetsky
Commissioner
Office of Child Support Enforcement
