SUBJECT: A Caseworker's Guide to Processing Cases with the United Kingdom (UK)

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement is working on a number of Caseworker's Guides intended to assist with implementation of federal-level international child support agreements.

The attached Caseworker's Guide to Processing Cases with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (The United Kingdom) contains the following information:

  • Part A - International Agreement between the United States and the United Kingdom
  • Part B - Outgoing Support Packages from the United States to the United Kingdom
  • Part C - Incoming Support Packages from the United Kingdom to the United States
  • Part D - Policy for the United Kingdom
