RE:  Pre-Offset Notice Fees - FY2014

Dear Colleague:

We reassessed our Pre-Offset Notice (PON) contract costs for states that have OCSE issue their PONs.  We are pleased to announce that the fees will be reduced from $0.54 to $0.52 per notice for the three remaining quarters in FY2014.  Costs include postage, envelopes, printing, stuffing, and mailing by our contracted vendor.
