Dear Colleague:

We revised the Security Self-Assessment Tool for state agencies receiving FPLS data.  We added questions to help you assess your compliance with our security requirements as well as strengthen your security program.  Please note you are not required to use the attached tool, and this revision supersedes the version released in 2000.

We will update and redistribute the tool as federal security requirements change.  In the meantime, please provide feedback or submit questions to Ms. Linda Boyer at linda.boyer@acf.hhs.gov or 202-401-5410.
