SUBJECT: Extension of the OCSE-157 Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has granted the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) an extension for collecting the information contained in the OCSE-157 Annual Data Report. The valid OMB control number for this collection is 0970-0177.

The extension for the use of this form expires September 30, 2011. There were no changes made to the actual form or instructions. The current OCSE-157 form and instructions are attached to this document; please discontinue use of the expired form dated 8/31/08.
