RE: FPLS Minor Release 10-02

Dear Colleague:

On December 27, 2010, the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement will implement the remaining two components of Minor Release 10-02 of the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS).

Federal Offset — Online Technical Refresh (OCSE Ref. #1726)

The system modification will allow users to access the Federal Offset and Passport applications through the State Services Portal.

Electronic Income Withholding Order (e-IWO) — New e-Employer Query Page (OCSE Ref. #3108)

The system modification will allow users, through the State Services Portal, to view employer information for employers participating in the e-IWO program.

Other components were implemented in August, September and October 2010. The Release10-02 Manifest and detailed specifications provide additional information regarding these FPLS modifications.
