Dear Colleague:

I am writing to advise you of the reorganization of the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) that was effective September 26, 2013.  The notice was published on October 2, 2013, in the Federal Register Volume 78, No. 191 on pages 60880 — 60883  (PDF).  We will provide implementation plan information once it is available.
