This correspondence is a reminder that as per IRS requirements, state child support enforcement agencies must submit their annual Safeguard Activity Report (SAR) to the IRS by March 31, 2010.
Attached to this letter is a Safeguards Communiqué provided by the IRS Office of Safeguards, which includes the current SAR template and other instructions to assist in completing your SAR pursuant to Section 7 of IRS Publication 1075.
